No Prep Plans is a small education business that creates and sells ready-to-use, print-and-go lesson resources for teachers and classrooms. This website is built and hosted for us by SMCI Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company, which provides the hosting and technical services only.
This site is a catalogue. It describes our lesson packs and links to the marketplace where they are sold. You cannot buy anything on this site directly, there is no account to create, and there is nothing here to fill in.
Our resources are sold through Teachers Pay Teachers. When you click through to buy, you are on their platform, under their terms and their refund policy, and your payment is handled entirely by them. We never see your card details. Any question about an order, a download or a refund is handled there first.
Unless a product says otherwise, buying a resource gives you a licence to use it for your own classroom. That means you may print it as often as you need for your own students, and store your own copy. It does not let you share the files with other teachers, upload them to a school network, a shared drive or any public website, resell them, or pass them off as your own. Schools and districts wanting a wider licence should get in touch, and the marketplace listing sets out the licence that applies to each product.
The lesson resources, the writing on this site, its layout and its design belong to No Prep Plans or are used with permission. You may share a link to any page. You may not copy substantial parts of the site for your own commercial use without written permission.
We write and check our resources carefully, and we describe them honestly. We do not promise that every resource suits every class, curriculum or standard. Have a look at the preview and the description before you buy, and use your own professional judgement about what fits your students.
Please do not use this site to break the law, to try to gain unauthorised access to it or anything connected to it, to interfere with how it works, or to collect its contents automatically beyond ordinary search engine crawling.
We link out to other sites, including the marketplace where our resources are sold. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices. Their terms apply once you leave ours.
We do not promise the site will always be available or free from faults, and we may change, suspend or withdraw parts of it at any time.
To the fullest extent the law allows, No Prep Plans is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or of a resource bought through it. Where a resource itself is at fault, your remedy is the refund process of the marketplace you bought it from. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown at the top.
